Contact Us

The academic systems at Pathways School Gurgaon follow a threefold track: the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (Pre Nursery to Grade 5), Middle Years Programme (Grades 6 to 10), and either the Diploma Programme or the Career-related Programme (Grades 11 & 12). As a pioneer amongst IB schools in Delhi and Gurgaon, Pathways School Gurgaon was the first 'IB Continuum School' in India offering all four programmes of the IB.

The IB Curriculum encourages both personal development and academic achievement, challenging students to think critically, ask the right questions, and think across disciplines. Consistently ranked amongst the top IB board schools in India, Pathways School Gurgaon fosters diversity, curiosity, and a healthy appetite for learning.

All the IB programmes include four foundational and interrelated elements: international mindedness, the IB learner profile, a broad, balanced, conceptual and connected curriculum and approaches to teaching and learning.

Make Your Mission Matter – Edu Lab : SEP-10-2022

The Pathways School mission is the foundation of our community, shaping our curriculum, guiding our educational philosophy, and influencing how we engage with one another both within and beyond the classroom. In a world marked by constant change and growing complexity, remaining grounded in our core values becomes both a challenge and a responsibility. It invites us to reflect on who we are, what we stand for, and how our mission continues to guide our choices and actions. Pathways Learning Fest (PLF) 2022 provided a meaningful space for this reflection. The festival encouraged educators to honour the enduring values of Pathways while thoughtfully responding to the realities of the present and envisioning a courageous, forward-looking future for our schools and our students. Through dialogue, collaboration, and shared inquiry, PLF 2022 reinforced the belief that fulfilling our mission requires continuous growth—seeking deeper understanding, embracing change, and striving to be our best for students, families, and colleagues alike. This commitment extends beyond professional practice into our personal journeys as educators and learners. PLF 2022 aimed to offer clarity, inspiration, and direction, empowering participants to stay true to their purpose while navigating new challenges with confidence and creativity. Rooted in the spirit of our Pathways motto, the festival celebrated learning as a joyful and inclusive experience—encouraging everyone to listen and learn, explore and create, participate and share, and engage and connect.

Future Design – Challenges, Solutions and Next Practices : OCT-24-2020

Future Design – Challenges, Solutions and Next Practices : OCT-24-2020

This year’s Pathways Learning Fest is designed to help educators make sense of the present in order to thoughtfully shape the future. By reflecting on current challenges and emerging realities in education, the festival aims to equip the Pathways community with the insight and clarity needed to inform what comes next. Reimagined from the 2020 Pathways Learning Fest, this year’s edition brings the spirit of collaboration, curiosity, and shared learning into an inspired and engaging virtual space—strengthening connections across the Pathways community. The roots of this approach can be traced back to early twentieth-century educational pioneers such as John Dewey, Helen Parkhurst, and Francis Parker. These thinkers challenged traditional models of education by placing the learner at the centre, valuing inquiry over rote memorisation and experience over passive instruction. They believed that meaningful change in education required evidence, reflection, and experimentation. Schools, they argued, should function as living laboratories—spaces where new ideas could be tested, refined, and evaluated to advance a science of progressive education. Pathways proudly carries this legacy forward. The Pathways K–12 Edu Lab embodies the principles of progressive education through a continuum programme that engages teachers in purposeful action research. This research-driven approach directly informs teaching practice and enhances student learning across all stages. Under the umbrella of the K–12 Edu Lab, this year’s #inspireability campaign highlights the power of intentional experimentation, the importance of data and reflection, and the openness required to learn from both success and challenge. Most importantly, it celebrates the courage to take bold, informed steps toward designing the future of learning.

Learning Collaboratory – Nurturing A Thinking Community : SEP-16-2017

Learning Collaboratory – Nurturing A Thinking Community : SEP-16-2017

On the early morning of September 16, 2017, Pathways School Gurgaon came alive with energy and anticipation as educators from across the Pathways community began to arrive. The campus resonated with conversation and laughter as colleagues reconnected, shared experiences, and reflected on developments within their schools. The atmosphere was one of enthusiasm, belonging, and shared purpose. Pathways Learning Fest marked a significant milestone in strengthening collaboration across the Pathways network. Conceived as a space for professional dialogue and collective growth, the festival provided a platform for educators to exchange ideas, reflect on practice, and engage in meaningful conversations around teaching and learning. The focus extended beyond simply sharing best practices; it encouraged participants to learn together, challenge assumptions, unlearn outdated approaches, collaborate openly, and reimagine learning for the future. Throughout the day, animated discussions, thoughtful debates, and the respectful exchange of diverse perspectives exemplified the IB Learner Profile values embedded within the Pathways community. Teachers engaged in sessions that promoted inquiry, reflection, and innovation, reinforcing a culture of continuous professional learning. The Learning Collaboratory served as a supportive and dynamic environment where ideas were not only shared but transformed. Educators—often referred to as ‘teacherpreneurs’—came together to explore new teaching strategies, address contemporary classroom challenges, and collaboratively design solutions. The event fostered strong professional networks, encouraging ongoing collaboration beyond the festival itself. Spanning an entire day, the Learning Collaboratory was rich with interactive, inspirational, and highly relevant professional learning opportunities. It reaffirmed Pathways’ commitment to nurturing a thinking community—one that values curiosity, collaboration, and the shared responsibility of shaping meaningful learning experiences for students.
